All of our jewelry are hand-made, which means each of them are slightly different to another, but all of them have that little touch. We do our best (not try our best!) to make them as close to the ones shown on our website as possible.
We work with 14K, 18K Gold (in three colors) and 925 Sterling Silver most of the time. Our jewelry are full, solid metal of the stated material. We have descriptions for all of our jewelry, and the material is mentioned in all of them. If the description says the jewelry is made of 18K Yellow Gold, it means the jewelry is a piece of solid 18K Yellow gold, NOT PLATED. The main reason we use these materials is they are highly unlikely to cause allergic reactions. Carat golds are widely considered to be extremely allergy-safe. We have not encountered any case of Carat gold allergy since the day we started. We never use Nickel-based Sterling Silver because many are allergic to it. If you have had an allergic reaction to any kind of jewelry before, we strongly recommend you get the Carat gold version to avoid any discomfort.
We offer free engraving with purchase of $100 or above. Please state your ideas in the 'Special instructions for seller' section for your shopping cart . We will then contact your via email to discuss with you about the design for your engraving.
Our packagings are shown in the pictures below. We went through many options and finally settled on this delicate brown paper box as our packaging. It has a black foam to set the jewelry that also acts as protection. Our logo is wax-stamped on the cover to deliver a fine and handcrafted look.
Our engagement ring and wedding band collections, which come in ring boxes with cream velvet exterior. Wedding bands come in the larger one. This elegant box will bring you happiness you cannot imagine :)
Typically we ship orders within 14 business days. During a busy holiday season it may take up to 20 business days but this is unusual. If you have a rush order please let us know and we will exert extra effort to try to get your order out sooner. If you are looking to purchase 20+ pieces please contact us for a more accurate shipping date. For bulk orders, we need to confirm the payment before we start the production and lead time begins.
All international orders are shipped via Hongkong Post so please provide a physical ship-to address. Post office box addresses will be delivered but the customer will take responsibility for lost or damaged product shipped this way. In the case of local orders, they will either be delivered by our staff or posted. No extra cost is required.
Shipping Errors/Damaged Goods
You must notify us of any shipping errors or goods damaged in transit within 7 days of receipt of shipment. We will then send replacement product at no charge upon receiving the damaged goods. Da Things Production Company Limited accepts no liability for any loss resulting from the customer’s failure to comply with our carrier’s delivery. If the carrier has to return the shipment to us then the customer will be liable for all shipping charges and credited for all merchandise returned in sellable condition.
You must notify us of any sizing issue within 7 days of receipt of shipment. You will need to send us back the goods in its original packaging. Upon receiving the package, we will then send replacement product at no charge. If the carrier has to return the shipment to us then the customer will be liable for all shipping charges and credited for all merchandise returned in sellable condition. Customers are entitled to two refits, charges will apply afterwards.
We do not offer exclusivity of the Da Things Production Company Limited’s brand products in any one geographical area. However, we strive to coordinate a non-competitive environment among our customers by selling to customers that are a reasonable distant from each other, or offer them a different product mix. We do not exercise control over retail prices except to the extent that we only offer deeper discounts to high volume customers that follow our suggested retail prices.
We do not offer private label products at this time but may be able to provide some products without packaging if quantities justify and sufficient lead-time is allowed.
We offer custom designs all the time. Any kind of modification to our current designs, e.g. adding gemstones, changing the material from sterling silver to carat gold, is considered as tailor-made. Adding text to the jewelry is free of charge, as long as the placement is reasonable and doable. Please kindly contact us for advice on design and quotation.
Wholesale discounted prices are available to customers that will be reselling our products to the consumer through an established retail store or website. You must first fill out the wholesale application form to be approved for a wholesale account. All wholesale orders must be paid for before we send them, you will be invoiced for your order once it has been placed. Postage costs will be added onto every order.
